Can I return my ceramics ?
Your satisfaction is our primary aim. If you would like to return the pottery, please contact us within 10 days after you receive the package and let us know the reason for the return. Pack the pottery well and send it back to us. Unfortunately, you are responsible for any breakages during return shipping.
Who will pay for the shipping ?
If their is no fault with the product the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Can I get a refund ?
If we receive the item in re-sellable condition, we will gladly refund the amount of the purchase.
Can I exchange the item ?
If you would like to exchange the item for something else please let us know. You will have to pay any difference in price, or receive a refund for the difference in the amount, depending on shipping costs.
